## MEET SHIRAZ: THE COACH FOR OFFICE PROFESSIONALS WHO REFUSES TO SETTLE

As a father of 4, a former working professional, and current health transformation coach, I know what it means to juggle ambition with responsibility.

I created the AMEEN framework because I witnessed first hand, many colleagues and friends burn out while chasing careers and starting families, because they neglected their own wellbeing.

Now, I help organisations just like yours, elevate their performance by energising their people, helping them to utilise their health as a performance enhancing tool.

My method allows them to seamlessly sow this into the fabric of their life instantly, so the organisation and their people benefit straight away.
